The Cripple Creek CO Loop is a paved ride located in central Colorado. Starting in the town of Cripple Creek, this ride quickly drops off of the plateau into the canyons and winds down toward Four Mile Creek. From Four Mile Creek, the ride slowly climbs and winds through the low valleys until it enters the Currant Creek Valley. Following Currant Creek, riders climb over Currant Pass and wind down to the historic town of Hartsel.
From Hartsel, this ride heads East before turning South to Eleven Mile Reservoir and Eleven Mile State Park. After cruising along the Reservoir, riders climb up and over the hills and drop down to cross the South Platte River and continue on towards Florissant. A short side trip through the Florissant Fossil Beds National Monument adds more great curves on the way to the town of Divide.
From Divide, this ride turns back South and climbs through the low hills to the gold mine overlook, the town of Victor and back to the starting point in Cripple Creek.
